Not again. Overpriced.
3.0It was clean.
− We arrived at 11:30 at night on a very hot day. None of the windows had been tipped open, so each room was a sauna. Even though the night was cool outside, the room did not cool down quickly. Our ground floor window opened to a raised dirt area, making it easy for anyone to enter our room from the outside. But due to the heat, we risked sleeping with the window wide open anyway. We could not fall asleep till 2am due to the heat. The neighborhood is industrial. It is a very uncomfortable area for a hotel. The hotel has no visible staff, only self check-in and check-out. Parts of the hotel felt like it could be an "hourly" hotel. The following night, for 10 euros more per night, we had amazing rooms, with breakfast, directly on the Moselle river. So clearly Hotel Gloria is a rip off- charging far too much and providing very little. We will never stay here again.

− Fehlende Klimaanlage, Besoffene Bauarbeiter, Nachtruhe wird nicht eingehalten. Fehlendes Personal was sich darum Kümmern könnte. Theoretisch herrscht dort Narrenfreiheit.
