Great value stay in a super location.

Exceptional location in pedestrian area within walking distance to many major sights such as the Trevi fountain and the colosseum. Very safe and secure area and building. Easy communication with hosts. Sparkling clean. Bed was a bit too soft for our taste but that’s really just personal preference. The shower was exceptional! Including nice quality towels and complimentary soap and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, enough for very simple meals, though we didn’t use it as the apartment is within 5 minutes walk of several good to great restaurants. A tip about the inner door - it opens with an old fashioned key and you’re presented with 3 keyhole choices. The bottom 2 are not in use, you want to insert the big key into the top key slot. Given the location, a good value on booking.com.

Very disappointed with the accomodation. Great staff and location! Too many things need fixing !

Principalmente la limpieza, la ubicación, y me hacía sentirme en un hogar. Tenía miedo porque había visto otros apartamentos que vendían lo mismo peor luego los comentarios eran feos. Y este ha sido perfecto.

The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring central Rome and within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona and many major attractions. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns during the stay.

− The apartment itself was less comfortable than expected. There was a noticeable damp/musty smell in the base floor, and the overall condition and comfort did not fully match our expectations based on the listing. There was also no reliable Wi-Fi connection, with the signal being very weak or unavailable.
