10.0Останавливались в отеле в октябре , остались довольны номером, обслуживанием. Прекрасная терасса для завтрака! На ресепшене работают Ibrahim, Ayhan -очень профессиональные, веселые, гостеприимные, вежливые, приветливые сотрудники! Расположение отеля очень удобное! Вернулась бы еще !Рекомендую отель👍🏼

10.0Wir hatten einen rundum wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos, die Lage hervorragend und das Frühstück mit der wunderschönen Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlichen Service von Ibrahim und Yigit. Beide waren jederzeit unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Vor allem Ibrahim hat uns mit seiner herzlichen Art begeistert. Er hat jeden unserer Wünsche sofort erfüllt und sich stets darum bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Bei unserer Abreise Yigit uns sogar persönlich mit unseren Koffern bis zum Transfer begleitet. Diese besondere Aufmerksamkeit ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und verdient ein großes Lob! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, insbesondere durch die gute Anbindung an die Fähren, mit denen man Istanbul bequem erkunden kann. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, besonders an Ibrahim und Yigit, für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den erstklassigen Service. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen 😊

9.0The service was excellent and very friendly, especially Ibrahim Ayhan was so helpful and always there for us, no matter which questions we had. The breakfast was also great and the staff there made sure we had everything we needed.
