10.0Olga on reception was in touch with us beforehand to arrange the procedure on arrival. When we arrived, there she was to greet us & go through everything that we could possibly need to know & more ! We were upgraded to a very quaint olde worlde Spanish apartment type room which was spot on. Would definitely recommend for the hotel & the location.
