A well designed facility that serves it purpose correctly for its guests
9.0Hosts ( sofia the owner and her family are very nice and helpful) We booked a 1 bedroom suite providing privacy and openness to the facility at the same time. free parking space also next to the room. The shared swimming pool area was perfectly managed and suitable for us during our stay .
− The breakfast was good , i would however suggest a slight change in the menu every couple of day for guests with extended stays to avoid repetition that’s it.

10.0Our stay at Terra Olivia was wonderful, largely thanks to the private pool that came with our villa. It was an absolute hit with the kids — they spent hours splashing around, especially between 12:00 and 18:00 when the heat was at its peak. Having our own pool right outside the villa made it so easy to keep them cool and entertained without ever needing to leave the property. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great variety of options to choose from each morning, catering to everyone's tastes. The pancakes, in particular, were a hit with the whole family — a simple touch that made mornings something to look forward to.

10.0Einfach wunderschöne Anlage. Geführt von einer herzlichen Familie ❤️ Alle sehr nett. Ein echtes Paradies. Ruhig gelegen. Die Villa mit privatem Pool ist unschlagbar, wunderschöner Ausblick 😎 Eigener privater überdachter Parkplatz fürs eigene Auto, vor der Haustür 💪 Zum schönsten Strand auf ganz Chalkidiki sind es nur 5 Autominuten. Strand hat mehrere Namen, ist aber alles der selbe Strand... Paliouri Beach, Xenia Beach, Golden Beach, Chrossou Beach. Kristallklares Wasser mit feinem Sand 🌴☀️
