It is a small familial hotel near the center of petra and near the ....., modest room correct for the price, we had a very warm welcome from Rana and her family, i got a spécial indian welcome from myriam, which i appreciate a lot, a very sweet girl and my husband as well got a very warm welcome by playing football with Mohamed, we had dinner with the family the first night it was délicious, soup, rice with chicken, yogurt and tea, you have a lot of facilities in the hotel as breakfast, water which really at a good Price comparing the price in the city, you can ask Rana if you want Laundry, all the members of the family will be happy to make your stay unforgetable, they will also share tea with you, please take time to share moments with this family, we regret to not share time with them as we would like to because we left everyday early in the morning and came late at night, we would like to thank you and your family for everything, maria, myriam, Mohamed, daniel, Rana, special thanks to Mohamed for all the tips you gave to us, i wish you and your family a lot of success in life, you have wonderfull children with a lot of ambition, we also got the chance to meet two crazy guys (mondialavelo) who were doing paris to doha for the World cup by bicycle, more crazy than us doing hitchhiking in jordan, well you can find a lot of comodities nearby, supermarket, restaurant and pastry and lot of nice people. I stayed with 2 friends in this hotel, the family was very welcoming and always ready to help and to provide everything. We had a dinner with them and they were again lovely. For sure I recommend this hotel

After a long day of hiking our original hotel turned out to have cancelled our reservation. Last minute we had to search for another place to stay for our group of 14 people. Petra Lion Hotel helped us out. The family was very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast that was served was really nice. Would definetly recommed if you are looking for a budget place to stay.

I will come back again Close to visitor center Cool 😎 cleen.. Private room and bathroom Staff is perfect (abrahem) I recommend this 👌 The stuff is helpful for everyone.. There is many programs available at night If you need a helpful detail just ask abrahem
