9.0Todo muy limpio. El apartamiento muy bien equipado (menaje, sartenes, tostador, cafetera de cápsulas, etc.). El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.
− La piscina es muy pequeña.

8.0Proche de la mer et des commerces. Pas de voiture à prendre. Proche du tramway.
− Manque d ustensiles dans la cuisine. Pas de saladier, un seul couteau pour faire la cuisine. 1 seule petite poêle, 1 seule petite casserole. Porte du frigo endommagée à notre arrivée, pas réparée pendant notre séjour.
