Location is convenient
8.0The room was large and clean. Our vacation consisted of staying in 5 different hotels and this was the only hotel that did not supply any complimentary water. There was also no coffee pot or refrigerator which is fine since it was not advertised. What they do advertise is Wifi which is so spotty almost none existent. We stayed here four nights. This hotel was the only one in the area with wifi issues. Local restaurants, ferries, coffee shops, etc had no wifi issues. When it was brought to their attention there was no response. Location is 4 minutes from the pier and 15 minutes from the Charles Darwin center.

Easy Access to Everything
10.0Spacious room with comfortable beds, effective air-con, and fast wifi. Just a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff.

10.0The place is very good and the people there make you feel like you are at home. There is only one thing I wish they could improve and it was the Wi-Fi connection in the bedroom.

2.0When we arrived to chek in we were told that our reservation did not exist. They where full and had no rooms available. We had to look for another hotel last minute. They did not hold our reservation and gave no reason for not doing so
