6.0Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu są miejsca, gdzie można wyjść na spacer. W pokoju jest wszystko, co niezbędne: naczynia (ale tylko 1 szklanka), czajnik, suszarka do włosów, żelazko, kuchenka mikrofalowa, ekspres do kawy, klimatyzacja.
− - Ogromną wadą jest pleśń na ścianach przy oknie, a jest jej tam naprawdę dużo. Szkoda, że kiedy poinformowaliśmy właściciela, że mamy alergię i że to szkodzi naszemu zdrowiu, w odpowiedzi usłyszeliśmy, że to po prostu wilgoć po deszczu, i nawet nie przeproszono nas za te niedogodności. I jeszcze z tego powodu w upalne noce nie mogliśmy włączać klimatyzacji, aby nie roznosiła tej pleśni po pokoju, ponieważ klimatyzator znajduje się przy tej ścianie. - Hałas przy zamykaniu drzwi w innych pokojach jest bardzo głośny! - Podczas zameldowania warto zostawić butelkę wody, jeśli przyjazd odbywa się wieczorem lub w weekend, ponieważ nie ma gdzie jej kupić poza restauracją.

4 dni i 4 noce w klimatycznej kamienicy w Rijece niedaleko portu
10.0Wygodne wejścia za pomocą kodów. Stara, klimatyczna kamienica. Wnętrze bardzo ładne, wysokie sufity, gustownie, czysto, łóżko wygodne, wszystko działało: czajnik elektryczny, płyta elektryczna, klimatyzacja, lampki nocne, wyciąg nad kuchenką, w łazience też bardzo ładnie, urządzenia sanitarne nowe, wszystko sprawne. W nocy cicho, spokojnie, bezpiecznie, co prawda COŚ 😉 włączało ciągle w nocy światło z czujnikiem ruchu, na korytarzu, co było widać w szparze pod drzwiami, ale ponieważ nic innego nie robiło, to nie widzę problemu. Od dziecka mieszkałam w starej kamienicy i wiem, że one żyją swoim życiem.Lokalizacja w porządku, blisko sklepy, komunikacja itp. Dobrze nam się tam przebywało przez 4 noce. Jeśli bym była ponownie w Rijece, to z pewnością będę celować na tą miejscówkę.
− Do pełnego szczęścia brakowało mi jedynie pralki i za mało było szklanek, tylko jedna i jedynie dwa kubki, za to sporo małych filiżanek do kawy. Nie było też małych łyżeczek. Reszta przybórow kuchennych- garnki, patelnie i pozostałe, było w porządku, optymalnie.
