10.0We had a wonderful stay at The Meretto Hotel Old City in Istanbul! A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and excellent service throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Abdu, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional. He truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. We really appreciated our stay and would happily come back! Highly recommended!

10.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Meretto Old City Hotel, situé dans le quartier de Fatih à Istanbul ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très, très bien accueillis par le personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. La chambre était propre à notre arrivée et le ménage était effectué tous les jours. Le petit-déjeuner était également très copieux, avec beaucoup de choix. Mais le véritable atout de cet hôtel, c’est son emplacement ! Il se trouve à seulement 3 minutes à pied du tramway, qui permet de rejoindre très facilement les différents quartiers et sites incontournables d’Istanbul. Un avantage considérable à ne surtout pas négliger lorsqu’on visite la ville ! Côté détente, l’hôtel dispose d’une piscine (qui n’est malheureusement pas chauffée), mais également d’un hammam et d’un sauna. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner une attention qui nous a particulièrement touchés : notre vol retour étant prévu à 5 h du matin, le personnel nous avait préparé, dès notre départ, un petit sac avec un sandwich, une bouteille d’eau et un fruit pour chacun. Une délicate attention qui en dit long sur la qualité de leur accueil et leur sens du service ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son personnel exceptionnel, sa propreté, son petit-déjeuner et surtout son emplacement idéal. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
