8.0Не первый раз отдыхаю с семьей в апартаментах Горки город 540, всегда оставался доволен, в этот раз дали апартаменты в незнакомом мне корпусе. Апартаменты хорошие, но в процессе проживания выяснилось, что диван был сломан, механизм открытия окна в виде форточки был сломан, в некоторых углах была паутина и мертвые пауки, а так в общем все хорошо, обещали бесплатную воду в номере, но к сожалению ее там не было. А так в общем доволен. В следующий раз буду просить поменять номер!)

4.0Номер требует ремонта. Списали 2200 за бельё для ребёнка, хотя было указано, что будут проживать двое взрослых и ребенок. Предупреждайте заранее, что это платная услуга. Тем более, что белье не меняете.

10.0Апартаменты очень просторные, прекрасный вид на горы с балкона, балкон был все время открыт, но шум не мешал отдыхать, хотя улица оживленная, не очень комфортная связь с ресепшн, но, в целом, сервис устроил. Курить в номерах запрещено, в том числе электронные сигареты и Iqos , даже на балконе. Фен расстроил, очень слабый)
