8.0-Staff was nice and helpful. -Very clean apartment. -Well equipped kitchen. -Nice private parking location in the middle of Grindelwald center.
− -Staff communication was only through the hotel phone number, which was not smooth for me as a tourist. -Payment method requested by the hotel was to be done only through a bank transfer, which was complicated and not through booking.com website similar to other hotels.

− we were wishing screen for every windows and balcony door. all the bugs were coming in when doors are opened, so we had to shut the door we couldn’t get the fresh air by being doors and windows are closed would be perfect if screen doors and windows
