かけ流しのお湯が肌に馴染みました
8.0とてもゆっくりと過ごすことができました。かけ流しのお風呂の湯加減もちょうどよかったですね。肌にやさしい綿の湯だそうです。長寿県長野の食生活をうかがい知ることができる、マクロビな朝食も魅力的でした。

4.0チェックインの対応が、あまり良く感じられなかった。露天風呂の時間の説明が、早口でややこしい説明で、なかなか理解できなかった。

6.0素泊まりで利用。 フロントに食事マップがあったので、助かりました。 歩いて行ける距離に食事ができるお店もありますが、比較的早く閉まってしまうので事前によく調べた方が良いです。 諏訪らしく、温泉は熱めのお湯。露天風呂は洗い場がないので、内風呂を使うことになるが、露天風呂へは服を着ないと行けません。 利用した冬季は、露天風呂の貸し切り時間（20時～23時）となっている点も家族連れには良いかもしれません。 お風呂には制約もあるので、早めのチェックインと遅めのチェックアウトがおすすめです。 全館禁煙なので煙草の匂いもせず、非喫煙者には良いと思います。
