10.0Очень комфортно, уютно, есть всё самое необходимое. Отель на наши даты закрывался на ремонт, нам предложили Roza village номер, категорией выше, но по нашей цене бронирования. Котедж оборудован комнатрй отдыха с кухней, гле можно приготовить себе ужин в мультиварке, и перекусить перед большим телевизором что очень удобно.
В горы гулять
10.0Нам понравилось все. Приятный отель в чудном месте. Мешал только гул вентиляции в соседнем отеле.

10.0Очень-очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшн, даже удивительно, наскольколько стараются помочь. Будто в США, а не в РФ. Попросил дополнительный чайник, чтобы не общим в блоке — в тот же день принесли. Хорошо убирают, чисто. В дали от баров, тихо. Хорошая столовая с приемлемыми ценами.

10.0Отель превзошёл мои ожидания. Я настраивалась жить в 2 звёздах, а получила отличный сервис: вкусная и разнообразная еда в столовой (я была с ребёнком - и он с удовольствием ел), просторная комната, хорошая звукоизоляция, трансфер до подъемника. Если вы приехали кататься - в этом отеле есть все, что нужно

10.0В целом Отель 28 - это отличное красивое уютное место для тех, кто приезжает именно кататься на горных лыжах. Для горнолыжников созданы все условия: шатл до подъемников👍, комната - сушилка доя лыж и одежды👍, горные виды, вкусные питательные завтраки, чистое постельное белье, отличные убранные номера. Единственное в каждом номере не хватает по зеркалу. И было бы неплохо, если бы именно в отеле появилась сауна - доя лыж это очень важно: после тренировки посетить баньку.
