Never Again!
1.0− I didn't get my room, due to over booking. Then still took my money for my stay that I didn't stay after they told me I didn't have a room. I still haven't received my money back after talking to the corporate office and the hotel's owners. Never again with this company or booking.com!
Overbooking, Overlooking Communications.
1.0− So, someway somehow, this hotel managed to overbook themselves. I had my reservation made for a couple months, and because they overbooked, they canceled my reservation. I wouldn't have cared, but I got zero communications from them about it. I found out once I arrived and I was left frantically trying to find somewhere else with open rooms. Unfortunately, the place I ended up staying cost twice as much as the room I was going to have here and put my vacation into the Over Budget range. So, as much as I would like to give this place a good review, I just can't.

− The tv remote control dint work there is not coffee maker in the rooms,we booked 2 rooms 1 had a mini fridge and a microwave the other one didn't have either,not enough towels,there's was only towels for one person in each of the rooms that had 4 persons in each room.

− Its so run down, the roads are horrible to get to it. Last day found black mold in the room.

1.0Worst motel stay ever. No lights, bathroom had urine on bottom of toilet, bath towels were the size of hand towels. so thin you could see thru them, soap the size of a quarter. Very dangerous area, people congregate in parking lot. Appears to have welfare residents living there’re.

SURPRISE OF HELL
6.0Location, due to the event was 15 minutes away and the room was large.
− The bathroom handicapped rails was unsafe and coming out the wall. Screws was displayed there was hair stuck on the shower walls, shower curtain needs washing. Sheets need some bleaching and TV was small. Only one chair in the room. Towels were like sandpaper from the look and touch. Hotel in need of some MAJOR TLC.
