4.0This property is very strange. It has two different names and office of this property using this situation to charge more money. Hard to feel with them, no answer the phone after 10 pm. I arrived after 10 pm and facing the “no room is available “ but I reserved the room with Expedia!!! Finally charged me double for the same room . I ‘be got very negative experience with this hotel

2.0I paid for 3 days my second day no hot water, no phone, I had to unplug tv to turn off. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me. When I read description it said mini fridge and microwave no microwave. I just left on my second day so I paid for a night I didn’t stay. Won’t be returning there!!

6.0I didn’t show up to check in because what I read and the place reviews don’t like to expose my family to a bedbugs and other insects So basically that’s my reason to no show and check in I know I lose 265.00 dollars and I try to get some partial refund but I was unsuccessful
