Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel.
5.0Es war schön und ruhig. Die angenehme Atmosphäre lud zum Entspannen ein und sorgte für eine erholsame Zeit.
− Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Trotz zweimaliger Reklamation wurde das Zimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auch der Pool hatte anfangs einen unangenehmen Geruch. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde die Situation zwar verbessert, dennoch hätte dies von Anfang an gewährleistet sein müssen.
