2.0Diese Unterkunft kann in diesem Zustand nicht vermietet werden. Die Unterkunft riecht total modrig und nach Schimmel, sodass es gesundheitlich sehr bedenklich ist. Außerdem ist kein einziges gemütliches Plätzchen in dieser ganzen Unterkunft, alles sehr lieblos und “verstaubt”. Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für eine Woche gebucht, und sind gleich in der ersten Stunde zu dem Schluss gelangt, dass wir hier nicht bleiben können, ohne unsere Gesundheit zu gefährden. Wir haben sofort an Hotels.com geschrieben, dass wir diese Wohnung nicht beziehen können, und wegen des schlimmen Zustands um eine volle Erstattung bitten. Wir haben dann spät abends in Lucca eine andere Unterkunft gefunden, und am nächsten Morgen den Schlüssel zurück zur Unterkunft gebracht. Seit 7 Tagen schreibe ich hin- und her mit Hotels.com, ohne Resultat und ohne Rückerstattung. Diese Unterkunft ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
