10.0숙소는 모두 만족합니다 청결했고 친절했고, 늦은 밤 체크인으로 저녁을 못 먹는 상황에 직원분께서 편의점까지 안내해주어 행복한 저녁을 먹을 수 있었어요...친절한 배려에 감사드립니다

8.0家族4人での利用でしたが客室は1部屋でもよかったかもと思えるぐらい広い部屋でした。 洗濯機や乾燥機、食洗機まで付いていて設備は申し分なし。 難点はこのホテル周辺には自販機はなく、温泉まで行かないと無いです。 リゾート内は繋がってますがレストランやショッピングがある場所まではかなり歩きます。 遊園地となると徒歩10分くらいかも？ 初めてルスツリゾートに来ましたが、こちらの施設はウインターシーズン向けかなと思いました。 夕食も部屋で料理しない人はレストランのビュッフェか1番奥の居酒屋くらい、もしくはモノレールで10分くらいのウェスティンしかなく選択肢は少ないです。
