− Property about 5km from main road. Not walkable, buggy rides needed for movements from one place to another. Far from city or shopping areas. No transport provided to city and back.

7.0The room was great, clean, comfortable and modern. The staff in the restaurant- Natalia, Nurue, Dian and Bila were absolutely outstanding and very helpful. Service fantastic.
− The resort while in a lovely place lacks a Sheraton shuttle service to get to other places. No public transport or taxis easily available. In saying that - could be part of the attraction as well. It would be great if the hotel had a pool bar or small bar where you could pop into before dinner or afternoon.

8.0I never knew belitung had such blue waters & soft sands, we luckily came to a right season too. Though its very crowded when we came & service was a bit slow... Bila and keren at the restaurant always welcomed us with warm smiles, we got beautifull painting before we check out too which is sweet, & reza was very friendky. Thankyou and we hope to return next year!! Small feedback:it'll be helpfull if there's push sign on the toilet door... We saw someone bumped into a door just as someone else pushes it open from the inside.

− Rien on a tout adoré et on rêve d y revenir . Effectivement peut être qq ajustements au niveau du service du restaurant mais c est minime . La nourriture est bonne et la gentillesse l emporte ! On a loue des scooters grâce à l hôtel , les routes sont en super état et le trafic très limité . Parfait pour s initier comme nous …
Beautiful beachfront stay with the kindest team
10.0A very good hotel with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. The restaurant is very good, although a bit expensive compared to Indonesian prices, and the beach is beautiful. The entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We were always greeted with smiles and excellent service from everyone — reception, housekeeping, luggage assistance, and the restaurant team. A special thank you to Dika for his kindness and hospitality. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe more effort could be made to clean the rubbish from the beach. Indonesia unfortunately faces a serious issue with plastic waste, and as a luxury hotel in such a beautiful location, we feel it could play an important role in helping preserve the beaches and oceans.
