Gestion des problèmes par la société Lake Como Holliday catastrophique
1.0− Le logement n'avait pas été préparé ! Pour le paiement et les formalités administratives, pas de soucis, la société Lake Como Holliday qui gère cette location sait vous joindre par mail et WhatsApp... mais arrivé sur place, pas de chauffage (nous étions en hiver), pas d'eau chaude, pas de ménage effectué, l'électricité coupée, etc... Bref, personne n'avait anticipé notre venue. Les personnes que j'ai réussi à joindre par téléphone se sont à peine excusées, la gestion des problèmes était lamentable, impossibilité de nous assurer une réparation de la chaudière dans les temps, mais je ne m'étendrai pas plus. Par conséquent, nous sommes partis dès le lendemain matin au lieu d'y rester une semaine. Nous avons demandé un remboursement intégral du séjour que nous avons obtenu en 2 jours après avoir râlé une nouvelle fois (ils nous demandaient au départ de patienter 7 à 10 jours pour le percevoir). Je n'avais jamais vu ça auparavant, quelque soit le type de location.

8.0Doskonała lokalizacja i przepiękne widoki z balkonu i basenu! Bliski dostep do restauracji, sklepu, autobusow, promow. Mieszkanie było bardzo ładne i czyste, miły gest w postaci paczki powitalnej.
− Brak podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak papier toaletowy, płyn do naczyń, dodatkowy worek na śmieci itp. - wszystko trzeba było dokupić, a w miasteczku jest tylko jeden sklep. Przydałyby się też dodatkowe ręczniki. Słaby kontakt z personelem i brak mozliwosci wczesniejszego zameldowania czy późniejszego wymeldowania (a jest ono wczesne, bo o 10.00 rano). Moje prośby pozostały bez odpowiedzi.

10.0Ett mycket trevligt område med fantastisk utsikt över Comosjön. Mysig by (Argegno) med många trevliga matställen. Fin lägenhet med allt man behöver. Fin stor balkong med utsikt över hela sjön. Bra parkeringsgarage för hyrbilen. Fin pool. Boendet passade utmärkt för oss, familj med två tonåringar.
− Vår TV fungerade inte på hela veckan. Vi anmälde detta men inget hände. Detsamma gäller luftkonditioneringen, men man utlovar å andra sidan ingen fungerande sådan i annonsen. Vi fick låna fläktar som funkade bra i stället.

− air-conditioning wasn't working and was very hot to sleep.. we complained to management and didn't get a response. also had no toilet paper and TV cable was broken
