− 체크인부터 불친절했어요. 융통성있게 해주는 부분도 없어요. 그리고 락스를 사용해서 청소를 하시나본데 문열고 들어가면 방에 락스 냄새가 너무 납니다.

2.0The location was amazing
− When we arrived at the hotel at 4:30 PM, we were shocked to discover that check-in was only at 9:00 PM! Absolutely insane and unreasonable. Yes, it was on us to verify the time, but since we arrived in the middle of the day, it never even occurred to us that check-in would be such an issue. In addition—and this was probably the biggest problem—the room reeked of cigarette smoke! I felt extremely nauseous all night because of it. It was simply a horrible experience. Anyone sensitive to smells should stay away at all costs. I’ll also mention that although there was a window, it couldn’t be opened because the place was swarming with mosquitoes that kept biting us until we finally had to close it. How hard would it be for the hotel to invest in a proper screen so mosquitoes can’t get in?? It was truly a night of misery. Between the nausea from the cigarette smell (even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room), I barely slept an hour. When we wanted to take a shower, we discovered that the hotel doesn’t provide bath towels—only hand towels. Completely absurd. And of course, since check-in was only at 9 PM, it was too late to look for alternative accommodation by that point. Thankfully, we escaped after just one night.
