8.0− Reservamos en Velvet Plaza y no se registro la reserva, nos ubicaron en otro hotel. Al llegar el encargado de velver plaza no encontraba la reservacion ni el mensaje en el que habia confirmado mi estancia. Sin embargo, en el oteo hotel que nos ubicaron, el encargado fue muy amable.
