6.0三樓沒電梯，電視聲音很小，浴室沒抽風設備，被單床單不太乾淨。 房間，浴室地面很乾淨，停車也方便。

10.0老闆很親民，我們第一組入住客人還貼心地讓我們自己選擇喜歡的房間，這邊離南方澳有一條很近只需8分鐘的車程，可以欣賞到號稱百萬夜景！真的很值得一遊～蘇澳到了晚上很安靜，能吃的選擇性不多，但還是有些商店能買。
蘇澳的方便清潔住宿
8.0走路可達火車站、七星嶺步道、蘇澳冷泉，十分方便。 冷氣機有點問題，一直發出逼逼聲，房東很熱心來處理，但仍未能解決。
