10.0Great room! Very stylish and comfortable. Facilities on sight were great too! Bar, coffee bar, vending machines, work area. Definitely a great place to stay.
− My view of the Thames wasn't great, tucked in the corner so most of the view on the left was balconies of other suites. I'd say skip paying extra for the river view because a good view isn't guaranteed & there are many better spots around town to get a good view of the Thames).
Great place to stay beside the Thames in the beating heart of tourist London
9.0I arrived a little early but the staff were happy for me to access my room on the top floor. Checked in online and everything went smoothly at reception - once I'd worked out how to use the lift! The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen (which I didnt use). The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Would definitely stay again.

− The property charges a deposit of several dozen pounds per night without disclosing this during booking. We were also asked to pay an extra £30 for early check-in, even though the room was already available. The room was dirty and very dark, the windows could not be opened, the AC worked intermittently, the sink leaked, and the shower drain was clogged. No proper housekeeping and clearly insufficient staff, resulting in long queues.
Great location for a London stay
7.0Fabulous location, good size space for a London hotel. Television worked and so did the apps. Staff were friendly.
− Pillows were far too soft, awful low mirror bedside tables that were so loud when you put a glass down with sharp corners, very uncomfortable sofa not fit for purpose as a lounge sofa, lighting was poor especially in the bathroom. Wire hangers noisy and not good for clothing shape. Heating system was tricky to use so room was too warm first night.
