10.0The location is perfect- easy accessible by car and close enough to everything. The instructions and overall communication with the host were excellent. Our apartment was exactly as on the pictures and it's very well equiped.

10.0Perfekte Ausstattung mit Auge für das Detail. Sehr Stilvoll und authentisch. Wir hatten das Glück im separaten "Gästehaus" drr Villa zu übernachten. Diese besticht zusätzlich durch einen eigenen Garten mit Blick auf die Berge. Zudem perfekte zentrale Lage um Riva zu erkunden.
A very mixed experience
6.0Great location, clean, apartment all to ourselves, kitchen with espresso maker, backyard lounge chairs and table, along with available bicycles, were a nice touch.
− Bedrooms were on the top floor and only accessible by outdoor stairway or very narrow spiral staircase, beds NOT comfortable (no top sheets, scratchy comforter and pillowcases),.could not darken bedrooms so early sunlight streamed in, no human contact except through message, had to clean and take out garbage at the end of our stay.
