6.0Personne à la réception à notre arriver, c'était indiqué présence de 16 hrs à 20 hrs, nois avons dû trouver un téléphone pour communiquer avec eux comptes tenu que nous ne sommes pas résidents de l'Europe et nos cellulaires non fonctionnel sans internet

10.0Hôtel très calme, très bien équipé, la chambre studio est grande avec une belle terrasse à 15 minutes en voiture du centre d'Annecy.
