The most incredible stay in beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much to Mary and Magdalini for their hospitality, you made us feel so welcome in your beautiful windmill. We are so grateful for the pick up and drop off to the ferry terminal and the delicious local foods you provided, particularly the effort you went to find us vegan food - thank you! The windmill is stunning and a really unique place to stay. It offers a great view of the island and is very close to Anos Syros, we couldn't recommend it enough. The stay truly exceeded our expectations, it was fantastic!

It was a very nice and truly memorable experience. The windmill has a top location in Ano Syros, with beautiful views over Ano Syros itself and also towards Ermoupoli and the port. There was strong wind during our stay, but this is not really a disadvantage, as it also helps cool everything down. The windmill is very cleverly furnished and makes excellent use of its relatively small floor footprint, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts, Maria and her daughter Magdalini, were very helpful. They waited for us on arrival and had left the fridge fully stocked with goodies. Every two days, they refilled the fridge with various items that you could use to prepare your own breakfast. The location is excellent. All beaches can be easily reached by car in no more than 20 minutes, and the main town is only about 8 minutes away by car. There is also a spot in the garden that is sheltered from the wind, so you can sit outside comfortably without being bothered by it. For us, this was a truly magical place, almost a landmark experience. Our dog, Sisi, also enjoyed the property very much. Thank you for accepting pets and for being such good hosts.

− The only thing "missing" was a washing machine, although I can understand that the available space inside the windmill is limited.

Mary and Magdalini were the most fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. From picking us up at the port and driving us up to the windmill, to advice on things to do, and making sure the fridge was always fully stocked with everything you could want. They were two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The location was fabulous. The windmill had everything you could possibly want, and the views are to die for. Staying in Anemomylos-Windmill will be one of the best decision you make.

Words really can't explain how magical the windmill is. We had the most wonderful time. Such lovely, delicious food and treats! Everything and more has been thought of. If I could give more that 10/10 I would!

Mary and Magdaleni were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make everything super easy. The windmill was perfect, overlooking the whole city with a delicious breakfast in the fridge. Extra points for the fig tree, fresh fruits and homemade jams. We'll be back!
