Comfortable, good location
7.0The staff were very friendly, it made the check-in process easy. Amenities were free to take from a cupboard in the lobby and the facilities were all very clean. Also, there was complimentary coffee which was nice. We don't drink coffee though. I liked how the room was designed with the tatami and the spaces below the sleeping area to put suitcases away. The location was not bad, close enough to Akihabara to walk there comfortably but not too close to have to hear all the noises in the place.
− For the price point, I was hoping for more. The rooms were more cramped than I expected, and the bathroom didn't have a tub. It was still very comfortable though.

9.0The location was great. Near the heart of Akihabara, making it easy to walk around and commute.
− The beds were not comfortable and instead of getting one double bed we got two single beds separed

10.0The staff was excellent - when my spouse got sick they were able to help us book a doctor appointment, which relieved a lot of stress. The breakfast was also great! When we got home, I tried a few of the recipes they made for breakfast!
