− Some of the staff too cold and unfriendly. Room is just too small. Small is ok but you need a place to put your luggage. Carpeting is wrong and dirty.

9.0C'est mon 5e séjour dans cet hôtel, je l'apprécie donc complètement ! Très bon emplacement (pas loin du métro, de la gare et possibilité d'aller à pied à Ueno ou Asakusa par exemple). Chambre super confortable si on est OK pour dormir sur des futons. Café offert.
