One night at Giardino’s
8.0We were there for an overnight in St Moritz. We had booked the b and b through a third party app. The room and common area was very clean and well appointed. The only issue we encountered was the arrival process. It was a late arrival and we were not aware the building would not be staffed. We called the emergency number to gain access which involved a key code at the front door security box. We were told we received an email with instructions but there was no email in the inbox. The problem was that, in crossing the border from Italy, cellular service was lost and did not reconnect so the email had not been delivered. If booking, be sure to indicate you will have late arrival (after 6 pm) so that the service can send all instructions in advance. The bar was not staffed and there was no dinner service in the restaurant (but there is a lovely breakfast). There also are self-service snacks and drinks at the bar, mini-bar style.

Baustellenlärm – das Haus wurde erst abgerissen.
2.0Direkt mit Baustelle vorm Zimmer. Wurde vom Hotelpersonal verschwiegen und führte zu bösem, frühen Erwachen. Da wird 2024-2026 sicher was hingebaut. Das Personal schweigt sich aus.
