10.0Quiet. Very clean. 2 queen beds ..room 21. Outside stairs. No eleavator. Handicap parking next to stairs. It was a struggle for my wife. Mobility issues should call directly for ground floor room. No hand grabs for showering. Excellent WiFi. Excellent tv for those oldsters. Not internet tv as some other hotels offer which is rubbish. Restaurants close. Food is 2nd largest cost. Not inexpensive. Souvenir stores next to hotel. Lake and harbour 3 minutes.
