Compact room with basic kitchenette
8.0Relaxed location in Kutchan not a far drive from ski slopes. Clean and efficient layout with helpful staff (at times). Rates seemed reasonable for Niseko area.
− Parking was a 5 minute walk away. Tiny room with bunkbeds. A very basic and kitchen - ok for short stay, but not so good for long stay.
Comfortable and enjoyable stay in a clean environment.

小小一間但什麼都有非常貼心，手機連wifi後可以用電視看youtube很方便。迷你廚房除了碗盤餐具，刀子剪刀杯子等都有，鍋子是湯鍋加熱比較慢，有油煙機可以使用。

8.0Die Zimmer waren sehr funktional eingerichtet. Die kleine Küchenecke war ideal. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.
− Der Parkplatz ist ein bisschen weit weg und nicht ganz so klar auffindbar.
Good value for price, great location
10.0Perfectly located near train and bus station, lots of restaurants, supermarket and drug store in 5 min walk distance. The price is very good for this area and even though the room is really very small, it is well equipped so you will have all you need and feel comfortable.
− The bathroom has on wall to the street so when it is cold outside can become freezing getting a shower
