3.0The scenery was exactly as shown in the photos, and the amenities were of great quality. The bed was also very comfortable.
− The quality of the staff is unbelievably poor. There were foreign staff members who didn't understand Japanese. If they were unable to handle the situation themselves, I would have appreciated it if they had asked a supervisor or colleague rather than just standing there looking puzzled. It took over 30 minutes before they finally consulted another staff member, and once a different staff member took over, the issue was resolved immediately. I believe there is a lack of smooth communication among the staff, as well as insufficient training.
