A stay made special by the staff
10.0The hotel was easy to find from Gare du Nord, clean with really good amenities but what truly made this stay special was the receptionist (unfortunately I forgot their name). They were an absolute star — I visited with a friend who is a wheelchair user, and the receptionist went above and beyond, giving us advice on accessible shopping areas and which sidewalks were more wheelchair-friendly. His attention to detail and genuine care left me really impressed.

10.0Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Great location close to metro. We were welcomed by Gaultier who had fantastic recommendations and much appreciated summer welcome gifts. The beds were fantastic and a full mattress on the sofa bed was wonderful! We had a bright corner view room with black out curtains and windows kept the room very quiet at night, AC was comfortable. The shower was excellent and a well appointed kitchen with espresso, perfect!
