terrible. housekeeping entered my room without knocking or saying anything. i was fully naked in the bathroom which is r
1.0the housekeeping staff entered my room while i was still inside. i had just gotten out of the shower and was fully naked. they did not knock or say anything before entering my room. i have been vacationing to the outer banks my entire life and have never had anything like this happen. i will not be booking a stay here again. to say i am embarrassed would be a gross understatement. thank you.
− housekeeping staff. no words or knocking entered my room while i was drying off in the bathroom after showering. i was fully naked still. this has never happened to me in my almost 25 years of vacationing in obx. this is unacceptable.

− The outdoor pool should be open during the summer. The AC dripped from the room above. Dripping water was constantly splashing on me sitting on the balcony.

7.0We have been coming to the Blue Heron for years. They have been constantly improving the place. We usually go off season, so this year we decided to go in July.
− The pool was closed!!! In mid JULY! Maybe a different lift so the elderly can get luggage up to second floor. We always get a third floor so it wasn't a problem, but I felt bad for people that struggled.

− Not really anything. All was good. Oh one thing I dont know how you would fix this the air conditioner run off from the upper decks drip down and when windy cam be a tad annoying cause blows on you. But need the A/c so not really sure how to prevent that.
