It would have been better to pay 100-200 pounds more and stay in a hotel instead of staying here. This is not a suitable
3.0Only the location is good, it’s close to the underground stations
− It is not clean at all; the bed and sheets were covered in hair—not ours. They only provided 5 bath towels for 5 people, and there were no separate hand towels. The building is extremely noisy; we stayed on the 2nd floor, and in the morning, you could even be woken up by the sound of footsteps from the person staying above us. The bed and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. We stayed for 5 nights, but were only entitled to request cleaning once.

9.0La femme de ménage etait tres gentille et souriante. Emplacement idéal : proximité des transports, et des commerces. Salle de bain pratique. Quartier calme et sûr.
− La hote aspirante ne fonctionnait pas. Quelques ustensiles supplémentaires pour cuisiner seraient necessaires.

4.0L'emplacement est top. Proche de 2 metro, ded restaurants et commerce à proximité
− L'état du studio, a besoin d'être rénové (rouille sur la baignoire, carreau cassé), équipement plus que minimal: 2 fourchettes pour 5, pas de lampes de chevet, ménage superficiel ( on a retrouvé sous les lits des papiers et autres...)

− Zimmer die angeboten werden gibt es nicht. Wir bekamen dann ein Zimmer im Keller. Versucht die Sache zu klären an der Rezeption, Personal wurde frech und sagte: ist nicht mein Problem
