8.0Superb location, lovely staff, the best hotel airconditioning ever! this is an annual visit for us as we take the family to this hotel to celebrate several Birthdays over a long weekend.
− The hotel is looking a little tired in places, as it's been open 5 years now with the sun beds stained and grubby and some litter. They need to up their GF offering as the restaurant at the sister hotel seems much better for this. My last gripe was the surprise addition of a £50/ per night surcharge taken when you check in despite having paid in full for the rooms in advance ( over £5K) and being return guests.
A nice location, with a comfortable nights rest.
8.0The room was fantastic. Big comfortable bed, and clean and tidy. Did have a slight odour in our room, which we think was from the cupboard with coffee machine in it. But not a big deal. Balcony was lovely addition.
− The spa was not as good as we expected. Hot tub was the temperature we assumed the pool would be, and the pool was very cold. Sauna a steam room good however.
The personnel at the Spa were fantastic. Very simple spa but good enough to disconnect when therr are no kids seimming i
