Nice friendly welcome when we walked in the staff where very helpful, nice atmosphere as well , place seemed nice and tidy and clean in the bar area , the staff where very quick in explaining about parking and taking down your details for the overnight parking, was shown to our room and explained about what door to use later on in the night , the room was a good size and equipped with tea and coffee making things , there was even an coffee maker in the room. , plenty of milk sugar tea bags and coffee plus the coffee pods , the bed was very comfortable ( I know everyone is different ) but for us it was good , the room was also very warm which was nice , the bathroom was very big with a nice walk in shower , plenty of towels , all though the bathroom floor was very sticky when you walk on lt and there was a lot of dust and hairs around the bathroom, but saying that it didn’t spoil our stay , in the morning we had the most amazing breakfast it was so nice from the toast to the full English top marks there all day long , would I stay here again a big yes from me yes the bathroom issues aside it’s a lovely place to stay 10 out of 10 from this customer, sorry if the issues with bathroom offends you but honestly it was a small issues but had to be noted and brought to your attention

Great, super friendly place to stay

Having just returned from a 4 day, 3 night stay at this fabulous hotel. I travelled with my sister & close friend. Clare & Jamie were so welcoming, we met 2 of their sons & the dogs, who are so friendly too. We had the suite at the front of the hotel, it was very nice & plenty of room for the 3 of us. We had all the tea & coffee facilities in our room & Clare would ask us everyday if we needed anything replenished, but it was always done everyday. Breakfast was freshly made & of excellent quality. A lovely evening meal on the Saturday night, again excellent quality. The atmosphere in the bar afterwards was lovely & all the customers made us feel very welcome. It’s a great location to do the coastal walks in both directions. Would have no hesitation in recommending West Bay Hotel. Thank you Clare & Jamie. Carol Judy & Alison

We had a fantastic one night stay here and staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic meal in the evening which was piping hot and the best. Then the morning we had a beautiful yummy breakfast. The room was very clean and very spacious and the shower was lush to. The bed was very comfortable. 100% will return in the near future.

What a lovely stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I have a few allergies and I felt very safe. Evening meal was lovely but the real highlight was the breakfast. We had the steak & eggs and thought that it was absolutely fantastic.
