8.0Rispetto al paese, posizione eccellente
− La porta dell' appartamento da direttamente sulla stradina che conduce alla corte (retro di negozi, garage e zona raccolta rifiuti) quindi non c'è la possibilità di tenere la porta/finestra aperta o anche solo le tende. Zero privacy e zero luce nella zona divano. Nessuna foto faceva capire questa situazione. Divano letto non comodissimo.

− My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The photos provided at the time of booking did not reflect the actual situation. The listing showed views of Lake Como, whereas the room overlooked a narrow, gloomy alley with garbage bins at the end. As the apartment door opened directly onto the street, it was not possible to open the window while maintaining privacy. This created a misleading impression when choosing this accommodation. There was an unpleasant damp smell in the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and their frames constantly creaked, so every movement during the night disturbed our sleep. As a result, the quality of rest was poor and did not meet our expectations. I expected a higher standard of service and a more accurate presentation of the accommodation. I would recommend that the hotel update its photos and clearly specify the type of rooms being offered so that future guests can make an informed decision and avoid disappointment.

10.0L'emplacement est exceptionnel, il est situé a deux pas du lac, des restaurants, bars, glaciers, magasins. Et avec une terrasse disponible même si l'on dort à l'étage.
− L'inconvénient de cette proximité est le bruit que cela engendre à tout heure de la journée et de la nuit.
Nice quiet place, perfect for a relaxing weekend away.
