Sehr enttäuschend und desaströser kurz Urlaub
1.0− Reiner Betrug, die übermittelten Daten waren falsch. Wir sind um 13:44 h angekommen. Bei 41°C standen wir vor der Eingangstür und der Eintrittscode (3215)war falsch. Ans Telefon ging keiner ran. Booking.com angerufen, eine KI Dame und verlangte die Buchungsnummer sowie den PIN. Nach mehrmaligen Durchgabe der Buchungsnummer sowie den PIN, kam als Antwort dass die Daten falsch sind. Die angegebenen Telefonnummer (015214852424) und andere waren falsch bzw. keiner nahm den Anruf entgegen. Der Herr rief ca. eine stunde später an(14:56h). Leider hatten wir ihn verpasst weil wir mit einem Einwohner gesprochen und gefragt haben ob in dem Hochhaus ein Hotel bzw. Zimmer vermietet werden. Er verneinte. Wir haben daraufhin ein anderes Hotel aufgesucht. Der Vermieter fragte am darauf folgenden Tag nochmals ob wir zurück kämen da wir für zwei Tage gebucht hätten. Wir sind nur eine Nacht in den neuen Hotel dort geblieben. Der kurz Urlaub war eine Katastrophe. Wir sind dermaßen enttäuscht worden von den Anbieter sowie von booking.com.
