I will not book a hotel again, I do not recommend
2.0I told them I had a reservation and they asked me what company I was with and I told them hotels.com they checked and with a bad attitude they told me I didn't have one and I showed them where I had the reservation and even then they told me I didn't have any reservation and I asked them why they said that if I was showing them the reservation and with a bad face they gave me the room and I asked them if they had service to call a taxi for me in the morning and they told me no that they didn't do that the manager at the time Estefany and the next day another woman was there and she told me if they did have taxi service so I don't know what problem Estefany had for refusing me the hotel services
