4.0The reason I have given only 2stars is that there was no hot water due to the boiler being broken so I could not shower.

10.0We had a lovely spacious room which included a small sofa, so it was comfortable to return to in the evening and watch tv. The downside was the room was at the top of the building up two flights of stairs, so not good for people with limited mobility or heavy bags. The ensuite was very small but the shower was powerful and the towels of good quality. Just a 10 minute walk to centre of Harrogate and restaurants.

8.0The hotel its self is lovely, nice and clean. Breakfast is fresh. 2nd time at this hotel, and will use again. Unfortunately both the mattresses in room 3 are uncomfortable to sleep on.
