난방 기능 형편없음
4.0일단 겨울여행으론 비추합니다. 한실인데 보일러가 형편없고 추워서 잠도 제대로 못잤네요. 새벽에 찾아가 부탁까지 했는데 그대로였어요. 중앙난방 시스템이라 방에 온도조절없는것도 이해하고 보일러틀었다는데 왜그러지? 하는것보다 뭔가 전체적인 난방자체를 손보셔야겠네요. 어느정도 돌아가는정도였기는하나 바닥만 살짝 미지근하고 전체적으로 찬바람이 돌아 아이가 계속 춥다고 잠을 못잤어요. 위치는 좋네요. 동해시내랑 가깝고 바다는 10분정도 걸어가면 나와요. 동네자체도 조용하고 좋고 금액대비 청결은 뭐 평범하구요. 다 좋으면 뭐하나요. 여름에 에어컨안되고 겨울에 난방 제대로 안되면 무슨소용인가요. 전 너무 싫네요. 특히 아이와 함께하는 가정은 적극 비추합니다.

10.0Excellent value and nicely renovated. Walking distance to beach, "golden bat" cave, and many good restaurants. We had a great time in Donghae.

8.0대체적으로 깨끗/방은 작은편/탁자 없음/방 분위기는 붉은색쪽/가격은 다른곳에 비해 저렴하나 휴가 끝인데 그닥/1인 추가 2만원/주변 경치 없음
