Park Hyatt Shenzhen: Luxury is Personal.
10.0Great location near the Futian Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my requests and anticipated my needs. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and luxurious. I got a skyline view room, and the view was stunning. Everything was working as expected, and the room was clean and quiet. Overall, good value and definitely recommend.
A lovely stay with great attention to detail
10.0Breakfast was lovely, extensive and in a lovely setting. Staff were very kind. I really appreciate all of the small high quality details such as Le Labo products in the toilets, the dyson hair dryer etc. Attention to detail is always appreciated.

Due to renovation needs, the swimming pool of The Spa will be closed on 9 March, 2026 for cleaning and maintenance and will open on 12 March at 15:00. During maintenance period, fitness center and sauna will be in normal operation.
