− Location can be very noisy overnight due to being next to a station and busy through road. Hard to find somewhere to eat with everything being shut in the evenings.
Good budget option close to town
8.0Great location, easy walk into town for food and drink. Good budget option for our 1 night stay in the area while visiting Portmerion Very comfy bed, slept well, but did close the window in case of traffic noise. Plenty of free parking. Close to 3 supermarkets Tea and coffee and porridge in the room
− Need blackout blind or curtains Appreciate it’s a work in progress but the entrance was a bit off putting initially, smelt very musty so was worried about our room, but the room was fine. Not a problem for us but potentially 2 flights of stairs and no lift to bear in mind

9.0The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was huge, lots of storage space, friendly staff, cute touch with the bowls/plates and cutlery with a restock table outside of the room, conveniently right next to the trainstation but the room was sound proofed enough so that the odd train did not disturb sleep at all however ear buds were provided if you're an incredibly light sleeper, over all great value for money and would definitely visit again
