9.0Det är mycket rent, väldigt sköna sängar och väldigt trevligt att kunna få koppla av en natt på vägen upp till kopparbältet.
− Inget te till frukosten, ingen marmelad eller ost på smörgåsen till frukosten. Annars mycket fint hotell.

8.0La comprensione del personale. È buono il ristorante.
− Il POS per pagare con la carta ha rifiutato la mia, fatto che non è mai successo in altri POS. Però avevo fatto la stessa esperienza nel mio soggiorno precedente ed ho spiegato che si era risolto usando un altro POS in loro dotazione. Mi hanno registrato ed ho pagato con calma il giorno dopo quando hanno potuto recuperare l'altro POS. Ho solo commentato che non aver risolto questo difetto dopo due mesi è una cosa grave, perché per noi clienti essere trattati da persone non solvibili è antipatico. Spero che serva. Comunque sono stati gentili.
