A historic pub with great service and rooms.
9.0Room was clean looked to have been refurbished but with old world charm. Had all the services expected.
− The shower (connected to the bath) was difficult to use without spraying the room. The corner room had alot of traffic noise but this is offset by the convenient location.

− We were unlucky as it was bin day and also a lorry parked early in front of our bedroom so it was noisy early on in the day
Fabulous hotel in a very old hotel set in a gorgeous location
9.0The best breakfast I have ever had, in quality of food, generosity of portions, cooking, service and choice Astonishing.
− Access to room required getting through two very heavy fire doors and a short but steep staircase. Staff on hand to help with suitcases.

9.0Such a lovely old building, just gorgeous. Room was spacious and immaculate. Nice touches like water and home made biscuits. Bed was a very comfortable king. Shower pressure great and a decent wattage hairdryer provided which is always appreciated. We had dinner at the pub downstairs and breakfast in the morning. The full Dedham was delicious, this was our last stop on a week around Norfolk and Suffolk and this was the best breakfast we had. Eggs were so tasty 😃. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
