− 駐車場から部屋までが遠い 階段があるため犬をバギーで連れていけない 二段ベッド
お手入れが行き届いており、清潔で綺麗
8.0犬が泊まれる部屋だと、臭いとかあると思ったら全然そんなことはなくとても清潔にされていました。 入り口も、どこから入ればいいのか最初に説明があったし、メールで事前に泊まる人の名前など全部入れておけば本人確認（スタッフに電話）してすぐに部屋に入る番号が確認できてログインできました。 テレビが付いているお風呂で、追い焚きも使えて便利でした。(^_^) 目の前に球場があり、野球のサインボールや、ユニフォームもあり野球が好きな人にはとってもいいと思います！ ※写真に写っているケージの中のベットは家から持参したもので、置いてないです。
− 犬のトイレシートが吸収率が悪くて、おしっこダダ漏れでした。 試合のない日でも、リハーサルで19:00ぐらい？ （19:00に出かけたので21：00ごろに戻った頃には終わってまひした）結構大きな音がしたので、赤ちゃん連れには向いてないのかもしれません。

− 宿泊施設に対してはないですが 上の階に滞在されてる方が飛んだり跳ねたりしてるのか とてもうるさかった時間的にも深夜日付が変わった後でも しばらく続いていた点 客の常識具合までは測れないと思うので 施設等に関しての不満ありません
