9.0Komplett und schön ausgestattetes Haus, strandnah , geräumig und hundefreundlich.
− Der frühe Arbeitsbeginn des nebenan liegenden Bauhofs. Fernsehen und Internet waren ohne Funktion, war wegen des guten Wetters aber entbehrlich.

7.0Schöne Strandpromenade, Essen war lecker. Kleine Geschäfte mit guter Auswahl.
− Hinterm Haus ist das Depot für die Strandreinigung. Morgens um 7:00 Uhr fahren die Fahrzeuge und Traktoren am Haus vorbei und nicht gerade leise. Hat uns sehr gestört.

8.0Die Lage, das Haus war sehr schön und sehr gut eingeichtet
− Das die Strandmeisterei direkt nebenan liegt und es dadurch morgens schon sehr früh vereinzelt zu Lärmbelästigung gekommen ist. Die Zufahrt zur Garage bedarf einer besseren Zugänglichkeit.
